Creating Slides

1 Slide Presentation Guidelines

Each group in the workshop is expected to create a short set of slides for their final presentation. Collaborative work is highly encouraged—one or (ideally) more members from each team can contribute to the slides.

1.1 Tools for Creating Slides

  • You are welcome to use any tools you like (such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.) to make your slides.
  • Alternatively, we have created a RevealJS template and a placeholder page for each group in this repository.
  • If you use the provided templates (group1.qmd, group2.qmd, etc.) in this repository, your slides will automatically compile and update live on the website as soon as your team commits and pushes changes to GitHub!

1.2 How to use Quarto/RevealJS Templates

The slide files are written in Quarto markdown format. For a detailed guide on options, layouts, and features, visit the official Quarto Presentations Documentation.
